This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) relates to personal data collected by Rooted Perinatal a business name registered in Ireland under business name registration 748236 (“Rooted”, “we” or “our”) through your use or interaction with our website at www.rootedperinatal.com and any subdomains thereof (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy also applies to personal data we may receive from you through other means. As used herein, “you” and “your” mean a user of the Site or an individual we otherwise engage with and receive personal data from through other means.

We are the controller of personal data obtained via our Site, meaning we are legally responsible for deciding how and for what purposes it is used.

What this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy relates to your use of our Site only.

The Site is not directed at persons under 18 years of age and our products are not written, intended, or designed for persons under 18 years of age. We do not intend to collect any personal data from such individuals. Where appropriate, we will specifically instruct children not to submit such personal data on the Site. If a child has provided us with personal data, a parent or guardian of that child should contact us at the e-mail address listed at the bottom of this Privacy Policy if such parent or guardian would like this personal data deleted from our records. We will use reasonable efforts to delete the child’s personal data from our existing files.

Special category personal data

We also collect aggregated statistics connected to support issues. How long your personal data will be kept

Following the end of the of the relevant retention period, we will delete or anonymise your personal data. Only Rooted employees and independent contractors have access to the personal data we collect, and these employees and independent contractors are made aware of and required to comply with our Privacy Policy.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your personal data we have implemented a variety of suitable security measures including physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal data that we collect online.
